I qualified as a trichologist in 1993. Practicing now for 23 years. I have also a background in hairdressing for many years previously. Trichologists are hair and scalp consultants who diagnose the cause of hair fall, hair breakage, hair thinning, miniturisation of hair diseases of the scalp and treat according to cause. The institute was founded in 1902 Registered members of the institute of trichologists practice in accordance to the code of ethics and professional practice guidelines. A consultation fee is charged to diagnose the disorder at which we discuss treatments if needed. Possibly a blood test is required. We don’t sell anything that’s not beneficial to the problem.
