Our Hygiene Policy
At The Sanctuary we pride ourselves on a high standard of hygiene. All tools are disinfected and where possible sterilised after each use, using our on-site autoclave. When booking an appointment with us, you will receive our Covid-19 Policy via email, ensuring we are doing our utmost to keep you safe at all times.

Our Eco Pledge
We pledge from this day forth to drastically improve our sustainability and carbon footprint. We now use Scrummi biodegradable towels, reducing the need to waste water on endless washing cycles. We no longer use disposable items such as files, mascara wands, or tint applicators, replacing with items we can disinfect and where possible sterilise. To reduce paper wastage we no longer provide magazines or paper consultation forms, these will now be available electronically. We offer a refillable service for your Olaplex shampoo & conditioner, reducing single-use plastic. We pledge to continue to source more enviromentally friendly items and always be open to change.
